AHHHH!!!

These people are fucking nuts. Call me a liberal elitist, do whatever you want, but when reliogiosity moves into the realm of absolute moral certainty (not just that there is one, but that they’re CERTAIN it’s theirs and no one elses), it just reaches idiocy for me. Read this, it really says a lot about our country. This may seem crazy, but when quotes where young people say that want to study the law “that no one can deny,” I can’t help but think of the identical tendency we’re currently seeing in Muslim fundamentalism. When moral certainty is involved, a lot of scary things enter the pictures. Kind of ironic isn’t it?

Lies… LIES!!

This is a summary of the lies that were told by each of the candidates in this year’s Presidential Race. It’s an impressive list, and unfortunately consists essentially of each candidates entire campaign message… so sad.

Here’s a question: what would happen if this article ran on the cover of the Washington Post every week: “Lies Told This Week.” Would that slow these guys down at all? Obviously, the problem is that only a few are out and out lies, and the others are totally unreasonable exhaggerations. Hmm…
