My anonymous source inside the DNC notes a few things about the difference between our current and past Chairmen.

screenname: think it is such an interesting fact because it tells such a tale of the difference between Dean and McAuliffe
screenname: McAuliffe going away party on Thursday night: 2,500 people, open bar, free food, looked like the Grammy’s
screenname: Dean party Saturday night: 200 people, cash bar, looked like normal people drinking beer

He also won’t get over the fact that Dean says that he will take the Metro to work every day. McAuliffe, on the other hand, had his own suburban and driver and used a siren to go places whenever he wanted. So, I’d say there’s a little difference.
